2) No medical advice

BMI is a general metric and may not reflect individual health conditions. Weight can vary due to hydration, digestion, sleep, training, and other factors. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making health decisions.

3) User responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter (height, weight, dates, notes)
• How you interpret and use the App’s results
• Any actions you take based on the App’s content

4) Data storage and deletion

The App stores BMI history, weight entries, goals, and optional notes locally on your device. You can delete your local data at any time using Settings → Clear app data (or by uninstalling the App).

5) No guarantees

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy for every individual case
• Continuous availability or error-free operation

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App.

• Send your BMI/weight data to any server

3) Network access

The App does not need to upload your health data. If you choose to contact support by email, your message is handled by your email provider.

4) Data retention and deletion

All stored data remains on your device unless you remove it. You can delete it by:

• Using Settings → Clear app data, or
• Uninstalling the App

5) Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
